To make a reservation a down payment is needed. The down payment is based in the total of your reservation. In case of cancelation the down payment remains as credit and the client can use it in a future buying or renting with us. 

TENTS: The tent rental is for one day. The client can rent the tent for more than one day if needed. For each extra day that the tent is rented there is an extra charge which is half the price charged for one day. The tent will be delivered on the day of the event at the time that the client prefers. The tent can be delivered one day before if possible and if the client prefers it. For delivery one day before we cannot give an estimated time only if the client pays extra for it. We install the tent at the time of delivery and the tent is picked up the day after the event and there is no fixed schedule. If the client wants it to be picked up on the same day of the event an extra charge will be made. The client is responsible for the tent from the time of delivery until it is picked up. Any type of damage the client must be responsible for and pay for.
